Stefano Noferini

Born in Florence in 1961, Stefano Noferini began mixing in the late 1970s in his hometown clubs and continued his career across Italy in the following decades, notably as a resident at Titilla of Cocoricò in Riccione and at Fitzcarraldo in Arezzo. His music falls within tech-house and club-focused tech, characterized by tight, dry rhythms, a percussive groove and straightforward production, sitting at the junction of house and techno. In 2003 he launched the Deeperfect label, which went on to accompany a significant portion of his output, alongside releases on other imprints such as Toolroom and Spinnin'. His discography includes the albums From Here To Moon (1995) and Van (1997), as well as several tracks that circulated on the electronic scene in the 2000s and 2010s, including Push N Pull with Marini and Sylvia Tosun (2009), Goes On with UMEK (2012) and That Sound with Mark Knight (2013). Alongside his production work, Noferini remains active on the international circuit with appearances at clubs and festivals in Ibiza, London, Miami and Frankfurt, and continues this presence through his Club Edition mix series.
