Raised during her adolescence in Brittany, arøne developed an early, intimate relationship with francophone pop, approaching it as a songwriter, composer and performer. After several years of piano beginning around the age of nine, she moved into computer-based production and crafted her first songs alone, conceived as a space to articulate her vulnerabilities and obsessions. This approach resulted in a series of EPs, including “conséquences”, “toutes mes larmes” and “fin d’été”, which established a world between alternative pop, muted electronic textures and French-language songwriting focused on the cracks of everyday life, emotional relationships and the management of feelings. Following “fin d’été”, arøne entered a new phase by revisiting the rock she listened to as a child, reintroducing guitar and bass lines into denser productions. Inspired by artists like The Weeknd, Judeline, Billie Eilish and Shygirl, arøne seeks a balance between accessible melodies and dark atmospheres, surrounding herself with a broader creative circle while retaining direct control over the writing and artistic direction of her music.
