M-High

Based in the Netherlands, M-High develops work that sits between house, deep house, minimal and tech house, with an approach nourished by his practice as a multi-instrumentalist, DJ and producer. Emerging in a new generation of Dutch producers who pay as much attention to groove precision as to the more supple textures inherited from deep, M-High builds tracks centered on rhythm, round basslines and clean, pared-down structures that leave ample room for progression. His music has appeared on labels such as Pilot, Hot Creations, Berg Audio, You&Me, Koltrax and F93, markers that clearly place his playground between functional club music, minimal house and more atmospheric variations. Alongside his productions, M-High brings this language to the stage and to clubs, in contexts ranging from Fabric to Shelter, Awakenings, Audio Obscura, Club Space, Koko and UNVRS, underscoring a regular presence on European and international circuits tied to the house and minimal scenes. M-High thus aligns with a contemporary aesthetic where dancefloor effectiveness comes from tight arrangements, fine percussive details and a continuous tension rather than from demonstrative effect.
