CRC
Based in Brussels, CRC develops a project at the crossroads of Francophone rap, chanson, and inflections of R&B and Afro, with a songwriting approach centered on personal storytelling and tracks that alternate between tension, melody and spoken word. A member of the collective NUPS3E, CRC has since 2023 built a chapter-based discography, begun with La Pluie: Act I (2023), continued with Pleurez !: Act II (2024), and then L’Entracte, released on May 16, 2025. Pierre-Alexandre (Act III), released in 2025, extends this trajectory by addressing more directly intimate themes, notably those related to childhood and memory, in a register where rap remains central but dialogues with more sung forms. In this recent arc, CRC also shared a track with Isha, a coherent landmark in an universe that sits within the contemporary Francophone Belgian scene without being entirely limited to it. On stage, CRC travels between Belgium and France, with appearances at Grünt Festival, Dour Festival and Ancienne Belgique, as well as a regular opening act, notably on the SWING tour in 2024. In 2025, CRC appears on the lineup of Nuits Botanique in Brussels before a return to the Dour Festival.
