Clover County

Rooted in the North American folk and Americana scene, Clover County crafts intimate songwriting drawn from teenage memories, matters of the heart, and small everyday objects that spark her lyrics. Straddling folk, Americana, and alternative, she claims a style she calls “bootgaze”: folk-pop with country inflections, where melodies stay direct and guitars underpin detailed storytelling, often tinged with subtle irony. After a first single in 2023, the singer has continued to break through on stage, opening for Lord Huron, Shakey Graves, and Medium Build—opportunities to road-test a live-oriented set and refine her sonic identity. Clover County is preparing her debut album, Finer Things, slated for September 2025 on Undercover Lover Records in partnership with Thirty Tigers, produced with Carrie K, known for work with Noah Kahan, Jessie Murph, and Maggie Antone. On Finer Things, she foregrounds writing centered on youth, femininity, emotional vulnerability, and friendships, favoring everyday detail over dramatic effect in her narrative approach.
