Rallye

Based in Colombes on the outskirts of Paris, Rallye has been crafting French-language pop rock since the late 2010s, drawing as much from intimate chanson as from today’s indie sounds. The five-piece brings together Baptiste, Stan, Léo, Greg and Hugo — a Toulouse-born musician also active alongside Eloi — around a songwriting approach that emphasizes lyrical meaning and the role of the French-language voice. Released in 2021 and 2023 respectively, the EPs L’Âge d’Or and Cheval 2_3 established Rallye in a style that blends melodic guitars, electronic textures and rhythms close to contemporary pop, with constant attention to arrangements designed for the stage. Signed to Because Music, Rallye extends this direction on the EP La vérité sur Rallye, developed over time and unveiled across several singles, where the band pushes the hybridization of pop formats, rock inspirations and elements drawn from a French scene akin to artists such as Phoenix, Tame Impala or Oklou even further. A regular of development programs and festival stages like Les Francofolies, Le Printemps de Bourges, Rock en Seine and Trans Musicales, Rallye anchors its project in a five-piece dynamic, favoring collective interplay and a live energy focused on sharing with the audience.
