Dutch producer and DJ Arcando has, since the mid‑2010s, developed an approach to electronic music focused on strong melodies and pop‑oriented structures. First noticed online for regularly released remixes and singles, Arcando belongs to the future bass and melodic bass movement, incorporating elements of trap, dance‑pop and occasionally drum & bass. His tracks combine catchy vocal lines, bright chord progressions and more percussive drops, with a marked emphasis on atmosphere and tension building.
