Vom Feisten

Born in Hamburg, vom Feisten initially rooted himself in hip‑hop culture in the late 1990s and early 2000s, before progressively broadening his scope toward electronic music. After an initial period on Hamburg’s local scene, vom Feisten settled in Berlin in 2014 — a move that accompanied the evolution of his work as a DJ and producer. His repertoire spans minimal, deep tech house, techno and psy‑trance accents, with an approach that favors taut rhythms, dark textures and progressive builds. On the production side, vom Feisten has released tracks on several labels, including BAR25 Music, Moonbootique, Jannowitz, 44 Hertz and Criminal Bassline. This trajectory thus links a grounding in urban cultures to a broader club practice developed between Hamburg and Berlin. In both his sets and his studio releases, vom Feisten makes dancefloor‑oriented formats coexist with a deeper, more minimal aesthetic.
