Red Leather

Based in Los Angeles after growing up in Reno, Nevada, Red Leather develops a rock-and-country project with rockabilly accents, driven by a raspy voice and highly autobiographical songwriting. Initially active on TikTok—where he posted covers while hiding behind a hat and without revealing his real identity—he drew attention busking on Hollywood Boulevard before releasing his first single in 2022, The Only Time It Rains in Hollywood, a chronicle of precarity and life on the boulevard. Red Leather followed with tracks such as Sins, Deathwish, Dakota and Down Bad, which address addiction, damaged romantic relationships and nocturnal excesses in a blend of country ballads, electric guitars and rock energy. His debut album, Reno, was released in November 2023 and solidified this strongly narrative world, later expanded with Reno (All In) in 2025. On stage, Red Leather performed these songs during the Burn in Hell tour in November 2023, with dates in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Reno and Austin, while continuing to release singles and collaborations, notably a remix of Sins with Sueco and WesGhost.
