On December 14, 2026, at Confluence (Avignon), Lynda Lemay returns to the stage in a duo with Jean-Félix Lalanne. She, faithful to her art of lyric-driven song, makes the details of daily life speak, the biting humor and the emotions that overflow without ever forcing the line. He, a guitarist and composer with precise acoustic playing, moves between folk, jazz and touches of more classical influences, with this way of letting the melodies breathe.
Born of an evident meeting, their partnership was built in momentum: after a first rehearsal in Quebec, they followed with an express studio session, giving birth to fifteen tracks recorded in two days. The concert blends songs from yesterday and today, carried by Lemay's voice and sense of storytelling, and by Lalanne's arrangements, sober and finely crafted. A no-frills face-off, designed to serve the words, the silences and the guitar.
