Wet Wet Wet mark four decades since Popped In Souled Out with a set built around their 1987 debut, the record that defined their blend of soul‑inflected pop, tender ballads and radio‑minded rock. Formed in Clydebank, the band brings that melodic identity into the present, with Kevin Simm on lead vocal, joined on stage by long‑time guitarist Graeme Duffin. The set leans into warm harmonies, rich keys and rhythm‑section grooves that trace a line from those first singles into the early 90s, reconnecting with the songs that carried them onto UK charts and beyond. The date is set for 29 October 2027 at Portsmouth Guildhall in Portsmouth.
Support comes from Roachford. Led by Andrew Roachford’s voice and keys, the London outfit threads rock drive with soul phrasing and R&B textures. From late‑80s beginnings to recent releases, Roachford keeps arrangements tight and melodic, pushing hooks and groove without fuss.
