Introduced to mainstream audiences with “Like a Hobo” around the turn of the 2000s, Charlie Winston established a bright folk-rock sound, combining acoustic guitar, solid rhythms and his signature whistling. An English singer-songwriter, he released his fifth album in 2022 on Tôt ou Tard, co-produced with Vianney, marked by more personal lyrics and sparer arrangements. On stage he alternates acoustic numbers and electric passages, plays with the trio’s dynamics and revisits his songs without freezing them. He will perform on 27 March 2026 at Espace NoVa Velaux, in Velaux, for a journey through his repertoire, from his early hits to his new material.
