Skip the Use
Skip the Use is een Franse rockband die in 2007 rondom Matt Bastard, een voormalig lid van de ska-punkband Carving, werd opgericht. De band bestaat daarnaast uit Yann Stefani, Jay Gimenez, Lio Rapsaert en Manamax Catteloin. In 2009 bracht Skip the Use hun eerste, zelfgeproduceerde titelloze album uit. Met dit album boekte de band groot succes en ging op tour, waarbij ze in nog geen twee jaar bijna 300 concerten speelden. Hun tweede album, "Can be late", verscheen in februari 2012 bij Polydor en leverde de band in 2013 de Victoire voor Rockalbum van het Jaar op. Sindsdien treedt Skip the Use op in Frankrijk en elders.
