Arthur H et Pierre Le Bourgeois

On March 12, 2026 at the Théâtre Femina in Bordeaux, Arthur H reunites with cellist Pierre Le Bourgeois for a taut dialogue between acoustics and technology. Two musicians, a piano, keyboards, a guitar and a cello, and the desire to create music live. Pierre makes his instrument speak at times with lyrical softness, at others with a rougher tension, which he samples, loops and transforms. Arthur H moves from keyboard to guitar, from singing to spoken word, unfolds themes, upends textures, reinvents his classics and passes through them with a firmly rooted poetry. The duo begins with a warm, familiar sound, then stretches it through deliberate processing, almost low-tech in a Méliès-like fashion: gestures in full view, precise tinkering, nothing hidden, everything constructed in the moment. The idea is simple: keep a hand on the machine, seek the right instant, shared listening and play, between composition and improvisation, to put the human back at the center and make room for the energy of the present.
