Info
Maleek Berry brings his Lagos-meets-London sound to Toronto on November 23, 2026, at The Mod Club. Known first as a producer shaping key moments of the Nigerian pop explosion, he steps onstage as a full artist: singer, songwriter and beatmaker, with that polished touch that keeps everything warm and clean without losing the bounce.
Expect a set built around the blend that made his name: afrobeats and afropop rhythms, British R&B smoothness, and melodic pop hooks that land fast. His catalog moves easily from mid-tempo grooves to more club-ready cuts, with tight percussion, airy synth textures, and vocals that sit right in the pocket. From the era of Last Daze of Summer and First Daze of Winter to the tracks that travelled the diaspora, this show is a chance to hear how his production background turns into a live, song-driven performance.
