Info
On May 26, 2028, Vanessa Mai brings her tour to Oberhausen and performs at the Turbinenhalle. If you’ve only saved her as a Schlager name, you’ll already get more live: a set that moves away from classic German-language Schlager pop toward electronic pop, dance, and modern urban edges. Vanessa Mai pairs catchy hooks with beats that sound more like a club than a TV show, while keeping the focus on personal, relationship-oriented lyrics.
On stage, her sense of choreography and staging meets the experience drawn from big TV and festival moments. Songs from the Wolkenfrei era to her later albums sit side by side: sometimes sleek pop-driven, sometimes R&B-tinged, sometimes with rap influences, but always with her clear voice at the center. An evening for everyone who craves Schlager-pop without nostalgia.
