Info
On January 26, 2027, Isaiah Rashad is coming to Kaufleuten in Zürich with “Lil Sunny’s Awful Road Trip.” The Chattanooga rapper stands for a Southern sound that floats rather than drives: relaxed tempos, hazy beats, and a voice that swings between rap and restrained singing. Content-wise, he rarely deals in pose; instead, it’s about family, mental health, and the small conflicts that linger in daily life.
Since the Cilvia Demo EP, Rashad has continually opened his blend of melancholic soul and rap aesthetics, from The Sun’s Tirade to The House Is Burning, where more funk grooves and R&B textures shine through. Live, the whole thing gains a different edge: more movement, more punch in the low end, without losing the inward-facing moments. After the release It’s Been Awful (2026), the Zurich evening is the opportunity to experience directly this “road trip” vibe up close, right in front of the stage.
