Singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Rosalie Cunningham (ex Purson/Ipso Facto) takes on Birkenhead with a concert at Future Yard.
Her self-titled debut album, released in 2019, contained some of her most compelling and daring songwriting to date. The album was Mercury Music Prize nominated, earning a Top 10 placing in the UK’s official independent chart and attracting reviews and high ratings from Classic Rock, Uncut, Mojo and Kerrang.
Her most recent work, To Shoot Another Day, builds on the psychedelic roots and progressive sensibilities that have always been at the heart of her music, while also exploring new sonic territories. The album’s soundscape ranges from saccharine pop to smooth lounge jazz, all the way to fuzzy heavy metal.
