Jake Bugg brings his Alamo – UK & European Tour to Santeria Toscana 31 in Milan on April 9, 2027. Since breaking out in the early 2010s, the Nottingham songwriter has built his thing around voice-and-guitar directness, with a writing style that slips easily between indie rock, folk, Americana and a touch of blues bite. Expect that mix of stripped-back acoustic songs and tighter, more electric tracks, where the melodies stay restrained and the guitars do the talking.
His set draws on a decade of records that keep the same clear signature while shifting the angle: from the early, straight-to-the-point material of his debut, through the sharper rock edge he explored on Shangri La with Rick Rubin, to the more self-driven approach of On My One, the acoustic lean of Hearts That Strain, and the poppier turns of Saturday Night, Sunday Morning. More recently, A Modern Day Distraction (2024) pushed him back toward an upfront guitar sound, perfect fuel for a live show that stays focused and clean rather than overdone.
