Mélissa Laveaux returns to the stage with her distinctive blend, at the crossroads of folk, rock, electro, and Haitian rhythms. A Canadian singer based in France since the late 2000s, she progresses with a clear, emotive voice capable of moving from intimate to direct without effort. Her writing, often nourished by family history, departure, and identity, unfolds in songs that seek warmth as much as tension, between guitar and more modern textures.
With her fifth album, she continues this exploration and sets a more direct course: turning fragility into a driving force, not a weakness. On stage, these tracks take on a greater scope, between a gentle incantation and nervous energy, always guided by a sense of rhythm and storytelling.
