After his two previous shows, which earned him the Molières for humor in 2016 and 2020, Alex Lutz, a versatile performer as prolific in cinema as in television, returns to the stage for this third opus that touches the heart as much as the funny bone, since it pays tribute to Gérard, his late father.
"We gallop, we manage, we scan codes, we password, we upload, we wifi-ize, we can't connect, we're hayseeds, we plug in, we cloud, we protect our data, we data center, we re-center, we draw inspiration from the belly, we reboot, we walk in the forest, we influence, we transfer, we release, we love the Earth, we are offline, we are followed, we rarely look back, we show benevolence, we build resilience, we detox, we've sorted everything, we are a beautiful soul, we take notes, we come alive, we gallop, we gallop, we gallop. We bury our father and rock 'n' roll what's left of him... but we laugh."
He is joined on stage by guitarist Vincent Blanchard and Nilo, his faithful white horse, who bring a touch of poetry to this show where circus, theatre, stand-up, the intimate, the grotesque and tenderness mingle.
