And what if, for the duration of a concert, the two beloved voices of French chanson were to come together on the same stage? With this brand-new show, Les Stentors pay homage to two monuments of our musical heritage: Johnny Hallyday and Michel Sardou. Two worlds, two styles, two artists united by the power of their voices and the emotion of the music.
From "Je vais t'aimer" to "L'envie", including "Les Lacs du Connemara", "Que je t'aime", "Marie" or "En chantant", the titles of these two icons take on a new dimension in powerful and elegant vocal arrangements.
Led by the voices of Les Stentors and the choristers, this show becomes a musical moment where the repertoires respond to each other, mingle and come together. On stage, these grand, popular works take on a special breadth, and one discovers that, at heart, only Les Stentors could reconcile Johnny Hallyday and Michel Sardou.
