On 17 April 2027 at the Espace Léonard de Vinci in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Orange Blossom presents a live performance where electronics intersect with Mediterranean and African inheritances. Carried by the vision of Mexican composer Carlos Robles Arenas, based in Nantes, the group draws on Turkish, Egyptian, Malian, Senegalese and Cuban traditions. Voices intertwine in Arabic, Persian and Portuguese, shifting from a dance-floor pulse to a more contemplative breath. This stage appearance highlights the new tracks from a fourth album—thirteen pieces written over ten years—that tighten their musical grammar: percussion, strings and machines fit together naturally to map a course between trance and weightlessness, without seeking a label.

As the opening act, Clameurs launches the evening with a duo on the cusp of genres: Sarah Procissi’s electro-acoustic oud and Jean-Christophe Bournine’s five-string double bass. Based in Marseille, the project traces a line between tradition, rock and the avant-garde. The woody timbres, bowed or amplified, set up a play of contrasts that moves from a spare motif to a rougher energy, offering a raw and poetic prologue.
