Avery*Sunshine returns to London for a four-night residency at Soul Mama Islington on Friday 26 June 2026. Doors 6:30 pm. Performances 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm on Fridays.
Avery*Sunshine, from Chester, Pennsylvania, is a pianist, singer, songwriter and producer. A graduate of Spelman College, she works with her husband and Grammy-nominated partner, Dana Johnson, in Atlanta, where they develop creative and entrepreneurial projects.
She has four top-twenty hits on the Billboard charts. Her song Call My Name reached #1. She serves as a Board Governor for the Atlanta Chapter of the Recording Academy. She co-founded BigShine Recordings. She is also the founder of LouMack Beauty Cosmetics Corp.
She has toured in Asia, Europe, the UK and Australia. She currently releases a musical web series, So Glad To Know You.
