On Sunday 3 May 2026 at 10:00 pm, Yamamori Tengu presents Sound System Sundays with Iration Steppas and Rub A Dub Massive, powered by Rub A Dub HiFi and Mighty Jar.
Iration Steppas are a Leeds-based dub reggae sound system, producers, remixers and DJs. Formed in 1990 after years performing and producing as Ital Rockers, Mark Iration and Dennis Rootikal met in the early 1990s as sound system culture was changing. Their partnership helped shape a progressive style of reggae and dub that influenced new sound systems and producers. They have released five albums and numerous singles. For more than 30 years, Iration Steppas have developed their sound system and built a large collection of dubplates and specials. They tour regularly in the UK and Europe, with appearances at festivals including City Splash, Rototom, International Dub Gathering, Dub Camp, Dour, Boomtown and Outlook.
