With the arrival of the 'Glome' vinyl release, Munich-based IO Records comes to Neue Welle on 18 April. Known for bridging the gap between various electronic sounds, the collective brings its signature blend of catchy and forward-thinking sound design to Leipzig.
As an audiovisual label and artist collective, IO has carved out a space in the scene, defined by a manifold output that is as much about the eyes as it is about the ears.
More than a release party, this is an exploration of the IO universe: showcasing the point where experimental curiosity meets rhythmic precision, bringing that balance to the club, moving through the label's signature blend of ambient textures and deconstructed club music.
