Ty Segall returns to Madrid for an indoor show after more than 12 years: on 22 September 2026 at Sala But, Madrid. Since his beginnings in the San Francisco Bay, the Californian musician has shifted from the garage-punk and lo‑fi of his early records to a more articulated psychedelic rock, without abandoning saturated guitars or direct melody. Live he alternates acoustic passages with fuzz assaults, dynamic changes and a rhythmic pulse that propels each song forward.

The set typically spans different stages: from the raw energy of Lemons or Melted to the more melodic strains of Goodbye Bread and Twins, passing through the glammy, corrosive edges of Manipulator and Emotional Mugger, and on to the broad textures of Freedom’s Goblin and First Taste. In recent years he has continued to widen his scope with Harmonizer, Hello, Hi and Three Bells (2024), tracks that sit naturally in a repertoire that crosses eras and formats. A return to hear up close his range: psychedelia, taut folk and biting riffs concentrated into a single night.
