Info

On 12 March 2026 Kapa Tult will bring their Always Everything at Once tour to Knust in Hamburg. The Leipzig band made a name for themselves with the indie hit "1/2 Cappuccino" and follow up with the single "Es bringt mir nichts" ("It Doesn't Do Me Any Good"), produced with Moses Schneider. Live, the quartet opts for a rawer, more direct sound: no frills, with more edge, at times almost grungy for a pop band. The NDW touch (New German Wave) remains, with simple, instantly memorable keyboard melodies running through the songs.

Thematically the project revolves around the bewildering nature of our present: hopelessness and escapism, pessimism and the desire to change the bigger picture—even when there is no plan. Added to this are the everyday imbalances their lyrics sharpen: too many bad Hollywood films, too few therapy slots, no wet wipes in the supermarket, booty calls that turn into care calls, and friends who are always busy because everyone wants to fix the world or themselves. On stage, this meets a joy of playing and clear arrangements—carried by Inga (vocals, guitar), Robin (keys), Angi (drums, vocals) and Raphael (bass).
