Info

Zaïko Langa Langa returns to the Zénith de Paris on April 24, 2026. Led by Jossart Nyoka Longo, the group — an icon of Congolese rumba — spans more than fifty years of music and has left its mark on African stages. Interlocking guitars, supple basslines, call-and-response vocals and tight percussion: Zaïko has forged an instantly recognizable sound, conceived for dancing and collective momentum.

On stage, the dynamic remains clear and direct. The set revisits the songs that have accompanied generations, injecting them with the energy of the moment. The band plays on contrasts, stretches the grooves, sets up dialogues between the voices and the rhythm section, and raises the tension measure by measure.

At the Zénith de Paris, this date brings loyal fans and the curious together around a repertoire that continues to circulate and reinvent itself under the direction of Jossart Nyoka Longo. An evening to rediscover Zaïko Langa Langa’s DNA, their classics and their singular way of making Congolese rumba resonate.
