Social Distortion, the punk‑rock band from Fullerton led by Mike Ness since the late 1970s, will be in Zürich on 24 June 2026 at Halle 622 Zürich. True to a blend of punk, rock’n’roll, rockabilly and country touches, the band tells stories of survival, mistakes and redemption, with a knack for simple, catchy riffs. In concert the repertoire spans all periods: from the early days of Mommy’s Little Monster to later releases, with songs like Story of My Life, Ball and Chain, Bad Luck, I Was Wrong, and their cover of Ring of Fire. Taut riffs, a galloping bass, steady drums and Ness’s raspy voice link punk urgency to American roots influences. Social Distortion arrives with a setlist designed for the stage, mixing fast and mid‑tempo numbers, guitars with a pronounced twang and choruses built for the crowd. Four decades of raw, melodic songs that define the band’s DNA.
