Info
The comedy Les Colocs opens on April 23, 2026 at the Théâtre à l’Ouest Rouen in Rouen. Written by Jean Heredia, Patrick Hernandez and Robert Punzano, the play follows Robert, an incorrigible slacker, and Jano, a shy would‑be performer, who arrive in Paris to try their luck as actors. Broke and from the South, the two friends are looking for a flatshare and, incidentally, a fresh start. That’s when Jean‑Phil, a Parisian from the Marais, steps in and upends their already fragile plan. Between culture clashes, misunderstandings and frayed nerves, the flatshare joyfully derails and one mix‑up follows another in the purest vein of boulevard café‑theatre.
Directed by Jean Heredia, the cast features, depending on the performance, Jean Heredia or Cyril Rosique, Fabien Lascombe or Vincent Desprat, and Martin Magli. Played for twenty years, the piece retains its pace, its sharp repartee and its taste for situations that spiral out of control. A trio of congenial actors, a rhythmic script and an intimate setting deliver a theatrical back‑and‑forth that keeps the audience hooked. Les Colocs is a portrait of three temperaments that rub up against each other, test one another and, more or less, learn to coexist.
