Constance « inConstance »

Constance returns to the stage with a sixth show, to be seen on 8 April 2026 at the Théâtre Chanzy in Angers. In this new solo, the actress and comedian embarks on an intimate journey: once believing herself invincible, she stumbles over her emotions, watches everything crack around and within her, then relearns how to live. She unfolds a gallery of deeply human characters, drawn with precision, where burlesque brushes up against vulnerability. Her writing remains true to a blend of caustic wit and tenderness, with interior dialogues, confidences and embodied scenes that unfold effortlessly.

The piece is written by Constance with Pascal Duclermortier, and directed by Eric Chantelauze. Lighting by Gaël Cimma, set design by Seymour Laval and costumes by Julia Allègre accompany her metamorphoses, while music by Romain Trouillet underscores the emotional turns. A performance in which Constance plays with our contradictions and her own, bringing to light what lies behind the posture of invincibility.
