On October 2, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Le Silex, flutist Naïssam Jalal brings together pianist Leonardo Montana and double-bassist Claude Tchamitchian in a quest for the invisible at the crossroads of non‑Western mystical and traditional music and modal jazz. Silence holds a central place; rhythm leads toward trance within a repetitive, hypnotic form. At times the voice comes to reinforce the instruments in order to make contact with the invisible, naming it.
Naïssam Jalal was honored at the 2019 Victoires du Jazz in the "Unclassifiable Album" category for the album Quest of the Invisible.
