Info
Spineshank and Orgy hit Nightrain, Bradford, on 28 October 2026. Formed in Los Angeles in 1996, Spineshank broke into the late 90s metal wave with their Roadrunner debut Strictly Diesel, blending industrial textures, alternative metal and nu metal. Across the following records they tightened that formula: tense, mechanical grooves, sharp electronics and vocals that shift between melody and abrasion. The band’s identity rests on impact and precision, where programmed edges and riff-driven weight keep the energy taut without drowning the hooks.
Orgy came out of the same era from LA’s goth-leaning underground, mixing industrial rock with electronic drive and a new wave flair. Signed early to Elementree, they broke through with Candyass in 1998, propelled by their take on New Order’s Blue Monday and the single Stitches, then pushed a sleeker, futurist angle on Vapor Transmission with Fiction (Dreams in Digital) and Opticon. Relaunched around singer Jay Gordon, the project still locks icy synths to heavy guitars and straight-ahead choruses, a balance that sits between club pulse and crunch.
