South London’s Green Lung have built their sound on the crossroads of doom, stoner and classic British hard rock, with a real place for keys and big choruses. Since their early releases Free the Witch and Woodland Rites, they’ve pushed deeper into English folklore, occult imagery and folk-horror storytelling, sharpened on records like Black Harvest and This Heathen Land. Live, that mix lands as a tight, song-driven set: heavy, melodic, and made for the room.
High On Fire come from Oakland with their trademark blend of stoner, sludge and doom, driven by Matt Pike’s serrated guitar tone and raw vocal attack. From The Art of Self Defense to later cuts like Electric Messiah and Cometh the Storm, their writing balances speed and weight, switching from pounding grooves to thrash-leaning bursts without losing impact.
