The Kooks

The Kooks bring their jangly guitars and straight-ahead pop instincts to Delamere Forest on 17 June 2026. Formed in Brighton in 2004 around Luke Pritchard and Hugh Harris, the band cut its teeth on sharp indie riffs and melodic refrains, breaking through with Inside In/Inside Out in 2006 before pushing their sound on Konk and the more pop-leaning Junk of the Heart. Later records like Listen, Let’s Go Sunshine and 10 Tracks to Echo in the Dark fold in tighter grooves and subtle synth textures without losing their knack for hooky songwriting.
