This Amsterdam duo carries the label of a “feel-good band.” Since high school these two friends have been making music, and for the past few years under the name Ciao Lucifer: an indie-pop project in which they tackle life’s difficulties with warm-sounding music. Their sunny, danceable tracks aim to escape a bleak reality and to chase away demons by dancing — a kind of exorcism ritual, but with more kazoo.
