Info
Blue October brings the Foiled 20th Anniversary World Tour to Danforth Music Hall in Toronto on October 31, 2026. Fronted by singer and songwriter Justin Furstenfeld, the Texas band revisits the 2006 album that carried them beyond the local scene, folding sharp alt-rock guitars into melodies built for singalongs and the textures of violin, piano and occasional mandolin. Foiled’s highlights are set to resurface—Hate Me, Into the Ocean, and the album’s more shadowy cuts—driven by Furstenfeld’s raw delivery, Ryan Delahoussaye’s multi-instrument layers, Matt Noveskey’s bass, and Jeremy Furstenfeld’s exact drumming.
On stage, Blue October likes contrast: tight, surging passages give way to hushed, close-mic moments, a balance they’ve shaped since the late 90s. The show centers on Foiled without freezing time, leaving space for later chapters like Sway, Home, I Hope You’re Happy, This Is What I Live For and the Spinning the Truth Around series. The thread is consistent: candid lyrics, hooks that stay, and arrangements that shift from taut rock to tense ballads.
A night focused on one of the band’s most revisited eras, with that mix of strings, guitar punch and open-hearted writing that defines Blue October live.
