On January 9, 2027 at Stereolux in Nantes, Axel Bauer returns to the stage with Grand 8, a new album that reveals his taste for contrasts: taut riffs, rock pulses and more airy interludes. A prominent figure since Cargo, he unfolds a repertoire that has accompanied several generations, moving between songs carved for the stage and more introspective atmospheres.

After Radio Londres and a tour that culminated at the Olympia at the end of 2023, Bauer is back with a band and a tightened energy. The set blends new material and signature pieces, with the aim of navigating different eras without losing the thread. “Éteins la lumière,” “À ma place,” “Personne n’est parfait” and “Ici Londres” find a new resonance alongside the tracks from Grand 8.
