On October 24, 2026, Stephan Eicher takes La Halle aux Grains in Toulouse to present Poussière d’Or, an album born from the quiet of a piano stool and a guitar resting on his lap. These songs, written with his collaborators Philippe Djian and Martin Suter, grew by word of mouth and by being passed from hand to hand until they became a repertoire shaped for the stage.
On stage, Eicher alternates between the spare piano-and-guitar ballads and more expansive arrangements, accompanied by guest musicians who extend the momentum of the record. His voice moves between French, German and English, in a strand where pop and folk support finely crafted lyrics. Recent pieces converse with older, rearranged titles in a play of dynamics that lets the words and melodies breathe.
