On April 17, 2026 at L’Astrada Marciac (Marciac), Jeanne Cherhal presents on stage Jeanne, her new album produced by Benjamin Biolay. Fifteen years after their duet Brandt Rhapsodie, they reunite around a musical complicity that opens up the sound and recenters the piano. A songwriter, composer, singer, bassist and pianist, she moves through a repertoire forged over six albums, from Douze fois par an to Histoire de J. and L’an 40, where one passes from crisp pop to more stripped-back formats, without losing the through-line of her writing.

Her songs address desire, the passage of time and violence against women, using precise words and a direct way of tackling taboos. On stage, Jeanne Cherhal alternates intimate keyboard pieces with more rhythm-driven numbers, sometimes sliding from bass to piano, attentive both to the text and to melodic impetus. This concert in Marciac features new songs and landmark pieces, in a continuity that reveals an artist in motion, curious about her own paths and true to what defines her signature: clear playing, a voice perfectly pitched and a storytelling instinct that holds the room.
