On February 5, 2027, at the 6MIC in Aix-en-Provence, Bénabar returns to the stage with Le soleil des absents, his eleventh album, and a selection of songs that have shaped his career. A singer-songwriter, he cultivates a storytelling approach, attentive to everyday details, family scenes and small disorientations, carried by a keen sense of dialogue and a taste for character portraiture.

On stage, Bénabar places narrative at the heart of the concert. Between new songs and signature pieces such as “Le Dîner” and tracks from Reprise des négociations, he unfolds a musical chronicle, driven by arrangements in which pop, light jazz and swinging accents answer one another.
