Bernard Lavilliers

Bernard Lavilliers returns to the stage with the blend that has defined his signature: French chanson, rock, reggae and Latin American rhythms. His wandering pen, nourished by ports, roaming and social reality, unfurls urban and maritime stories carried by arrangements open to the world. On stage he navigates between classics and more recent songs — from "O gringo" and "État d’urgence" to "Clair-obscur" — in versions where brass, guitars and Brazilian and Caribbean pulsations find their place.

At Le Zénith de Paris – La Villette, on 4 and 5 March 2027, he brings together these different facets: narrative song, a lilting groove and rock energy, surrounded by his trusted musicians. His deep voice, unchanged over the years, lends weight both to ballads and to more driven tempos. An evening conceived for the stage, between long-form chronicles, rhythmic interludes and his singular way of taking the audience on a journey, without frills.
