Oakland’s Hieroglyphics bring the 360 Tour to Overflow Brewing Company in Ottawa on March 17, 2026. Formed in the early 90s, the collective unites Del the Funky Homosapien, Souls of Mischief, Casual, Pep Love, producer Domino and DJ Toure. Their style steers away from gangsta tropes, leaning into boom-bap drums, soul and jazz loops, and tightly woven internal rhymes. On stage it’s a relay: voices hand off verses, flip flows and trade references that span pop culture, abstract imagery and Bay Area street stories.
Independent since launching Hieroglyphics Imperium in 1997, the crew moves between solo catalogs and group cuts marked by 3rd Eye Vision, Full Circle and The Kitchen. The 360 Tour stacks the full roster for a set that cycles through eras and spotlights the group’s interplay, with DJ Toure at the controls and Domino shaping the backbone. Special guests are to be announced.
