Seafret

Info

Seafret, an alt-pop duo from Yorkshire, returns to Paris on 28 May 2026 at La Machine du Moulin Rouge to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Tell Me It’s Real and to present Fear of Emotion, their fourth album. Formed by Jack Sedman (vocals) and Harry Draper (guitar), the band has established itself through intimate songwriting, vocals front and center, and melodic guitars—at the crossroads of contemporary folk and acoustic pop. From early EPs to Tell Me It’s Real (2016), then Most of Us Are Strangers (2020) and Wonderland (2023), Seafret has refined a sound focused on emotion and storytelling.

On the bill are the tracks that brought the duo to prominence, from “Atlantis” to “Oceans,” as well as new material from Fear of Emotion. This new chapter reflects the changes experienced in recent years, with songs rooted in connection and a renewed creative freedom. On stage, Seafret favors spare arrangements that allow the melodies and lyrics to breathe, moving between ballads and indie highlights, for a set that spans a decade of songwriting and opens the door to what comes next.
