Irish duo DUG will be at Supersonic Paris on March 20, 2026, to present their debut album, Have At It. Lorkin O’Reilly and Jonny Pickett craft an acoustic folk that looks to both sides of the Atlantic, between the momentum of Irish ballads and the legacy of American songwriters. Formed in 2023, the pair move forward with an obvious rapport and songwriting that favors clear melodies.

Born of a nomadic path between America, Scotland and Ireland, DUG sets its songs in an organic landscape where the banjo and resonator guitar take center stage. Big Sundown and Jubilee, both shortlisted for the Grammy Awards, set the tone: tracks that swing between quiet melancholy and playfulness, carried by restrained vocals and precise arrangements.

Signed to Claddagh Records (Universal Music), alongside Niamh Bury and Lemoncello, the duo is carving out its place on the contemporary folk scene without unnecessary effects. At Supersonic Paris, DUG will unveil the songs from Have At It and the tracks that launched their journey, in a stripped-back format where every detail matters.
