Leo pol

French producer and DJ based in Paris, Leo Pol has been developing since the mid-2010s a distinctive approach to house that sits at the intersection of deep house, minimal and a sound inspired by 1990s grooves. Highly active on the Paris club scene before expanding across Europe, he gained attention with releases on his own label, IILE, which acts as a platform for his long, repetitive and melodic tracks built around prominent basslines and simple yet insistent harmonic motifs. His performances often take the form of live sets focused on improvisation and gradual modulation, with particular care for transitions and rhythmic variation, placing him equally in intimate clubs and on electronic festival stages. Alongside EPs and maxis, Leo Pol increasingly plays internationally — occasional residencies, guest appearances at electronic music nights and programming collaborations with various collectives — gradually embedding him in a network of producers and DJs oriented toward a detailed, hypnotic, dancefloor-focused house.
