Zwangere Guy

Active at the heart of the Brussels rap scene, Zwangere Guy, born Gorik van Oudheusden, first made his name within the collective Stikstof before building a solo career firmly rooted in the Belgian capital. Born and raised in Brussels, he raps in Dutch tinged with brusseleer, using highly local vocabulary and lyrics that focus on urban daily life, social issues and intimate elements of his biography. After several tracks released online he drew wider attention with the mixtape "Zwangerschapsverlof Vol. 3" in 2018, and then shaped his world on the album "Wie is Guy?" (2019), which reveals a taste for classic rap production, slow tempos and narrative songwriting. The same year the project "BRUTAAL" confirmed his turn toward a frontal, direct hip‑hop often built around dark loops and heavy atmospheres. Between club shows, festival dates and ongoing activity with Stikstof, Zwangere Guy remains linked to a very local vision of Brussels rap while broadening collaborations within the Dutch‑speaking Belgian scene.
