Ich Troje

Formed in Łódź, Poland, around Michał Wiśniewski and composer Jacek Łągwa, Ich Troje established themselves from the mid-1990s in a pop register focused on immediate melodies, ballads and sentimental songs, with lyrics that often deal with love, separation and betrayal. From the outset the project took the form of a band built around a stable core and a female lead singer, a configuration that evolved over the years with several changes of female voice. After the albums Intro (1996), ITI CD (1997) and 3 (1999), Ich Troje greatly expanded their audience in the early 2000s with Ad.4 (2001) and Po piąte... a niech gadają (2002). Ich Troje represented Poland at Eurovision in 2003 with 'Keine Grenzen – Żadnych granic', a song performed in several languages, and again in 2006 with 'Follow My Heart', this time featuring Real McCoy. The group's discography continued with 6-ty ostatni przystanek (2004), 7 grzechów głównych (2006), Ósmy obcy pasażer (2008), Pierwiastek z dziewięciu (2017) and Projekt X (2022), maintaining a pop continuity marked by catchy choruses, vocal dramatization and very accessible song formats.
