FDVM

From Lille, FDVM has developed a DJ/producer project rooted in melodic house infused with disco, with club-focused writing built around vocals, clear hooks and a flexible groove. Across his releases, FDVM has forged a repertoire that sits between dance music, vocal house and contemporary disco, in a format that travels equally well on electronic stages and in more pop-oriented settings. That trajectory has taken him to international festivals like Tomorrowland and Coachella, while embedding him in a French scene attentive to the crossover between dancefloor effectiveness and songcraft. FDVM's recent evolution expands this house/disco base toward rockier textures, heard on the track “A Girl Like You”, where the tension of the arrangements and the guitar work shift the project’s balance without changing its dance-oriented focus. In this way FDVM occupies a hybrid space between direct electronic production, sung tracks and formats calibrated for both live performance and the club.
